If I could give a thousand stars I would! Becks Autos have proven beyond reasonable doubt that excellence in service is important to them, literally…I got a Mercedes GL450 from Becks Autos in August last year and a couple of days later the coolant line broke, as can happen to any car any any point…I had it towed over there by my insurance and they took me in with all the assurance I needed, resolved it for a token as it wasn’t warranty covered and I’ve taken that vehicle to Chicago and back, Tennessee and back and I’m still enjoying my GL450 daily. Two weeks ago I needed another car as I was involved in an accident so I went straight to Becks Autos from the accident scene…I got the same beautiful impeccable treatment. I got a Honda Accord and the vehicle had a few dings as it’s not brand new….they got it all sorted 100% and dealt with me with such a touch as is unheard of in the service industry today…If you don’t go to Becks Autos for your car needs I’m not sure what you looking for but I’m definitely sure what you missing…a dealership that becomes family, period. Sam replied to me right away and had the car pulled out front and ready for me when I arrived. It was exactly as described and shown online and the overall experience at the dealership and with Sam was painless. By far the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever experienced. No pressure, very helpful, I had to leave a deposit and come back two days later and they were very accommodating. Would highly recommend Beck's.
Had a lovely experience at this dealer. I felt super comfortable the whole time, from walking in, to the test drive, to checking out the vehicle for all my check points. No pressure, whatsoever. Loved how well they cleaned the vehicle. It was a great vehicle that I decided to purchase. The process was so smooth. Everyone that I interacted with was so friendly and communicated and explained everything well. I was impressed with their inventory they had -everything seemed to be high quality. They were a bit busy when I visited, but they managed everyone very well and I had minimal waiting. If you want a great vehicle at a great price and have a great time while you're at it, go to Becks.

Super Helpful people Max was my salesman and he did a fantastic job on getting the vehicle I wanted and getting everything finalized in the time frame we had. My previous vehicle had stopped working and I eventually went through this dealer to look at the car I was looking forward to seeing. I am glad to say that they worked on a price with me and gave me the vehicle the same day. Everything was super simple and they had cars for good deals to look at while I was finalizing my deal. After 2 long months searching for a car, I had talked to more people than I care to mention. All I can say is, when I have to buy another car. I know exactly where I'm going. Sam was a breath of fresh air. He was absolutely amazing!!! He answered all my questions and never acted bothered (like many other dealerships did). He made everything painless, and eased all worries I had. He definitely went above and beyond. My son even came home and told me how cool he was. Doug even walked me through all the paperwork and had us on our way in no time. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.
